This IDW will be facilitated by Todd A Johnstone-Wright and Josh Hall and will focus on differentiating learning in advanced open water.

To support this learning we will look at a variety of areas to include session planning, long term paddler development, coaching behaviors, observation/analysis, developing an instructional philosophy and conducting performance assessments.

If you have any questions please contact Todd A Johnstone-Wright at twright@smcvt.edu directly.
