This Greenland-style paddle event is a chance to work with national-known and local mentors to develop traditional paddling and rolling skills. There will be a collection of skin-on-frame boats to see and paddle, plus Minnesota's foremost (and probably only) harpoon contest. Instruction and lodging at Lake Carlos State Park, near Alexandria, MN, is $120. You are responsible for your own food. Find out more at our website, www.qajaqmn.org
