The Harpers Ferry Outdoor Festival is held each year to raise money for river conservation, encourage environmental awareness, and have fun doing it. The Festival it's self is from Noon to 10pm at the Harpers Ferry KOA Campground in historical Harpers Ferry West Virginia. Admission to the festival is only $10.00 and is free to overnight guest of the KOA, participants of The Tim Gavin Down River Race, The Amateur Raft Race and The Potomac River Attainment Race or Rodeo, and children under the age of 12 years old.
