XI th annual Phatwater Kayak Challenge

A 42.5 mile downriver kayak, canoe, outrigger canoe, surfski, stand-up paddleboard race on the Mississippi River, from the Claiborne County Port, near Grand Gulf, to Natchez, Mississippi, the oldest city on the Mississippi River. 

$ Prizes for top finishers, 1st-3rd place trophies in all categories. 

All day Marine Safety Zone (closure to all commercial traffic) issued and monitored by United States Coast Guard LMR Sector, Memphis. 

After race party for all participants at the Under-The-Hill Saloon. 

Fee, $70, for ACA members, $75 for non-members.
