The goal of Team River Runner's National Leadership Conference is to provide chapters with further knowledge and tools for ensuring the success of their chapter. The Conference consists of both on and off water topics which typically include: Outreach to Participants, Volunteer Management, Working with Disabled Veterans, Trip Leading Skills, Swiftwater Rescue Techniques, and an APW (Adaptive Paddling Workshop) is offered among other focuses.

The pre - conference APW is a great way to achieve our goals.  ACA Instructors will earn the Adaptive Endorsement upon successful completion of the workshop.
