The tiny Adirondack town of Inlet, NY will attempt to re-gain, for the third time, the Guinness World Record of the greatest number of canoes, kayaks and guide boats gathered together on open water and held together only by hands. One Square Mile of Hope is a fundraiser aimed at the eradication of breast cancer and will benefit The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. The Fourth Lake challenge will take place at noon, and will be followed immediately by a Health and Wellness Fair at Arrowhead Park, with music, healthful food, info, demos, exhibits, and activities for healthy living and playing. A silent auction and boat raffle will also take place to culminate the day's activities.
