We focus on mastering control of your boat, paddling in the most effective, efficient and safe manner. Better ways of moving the kayak forward, backward and sideways will be covered, and we will work on ruddering with the paddle at the bow and at the stern to turn the boat. We will emphasis using the large muscles of the body (torso and legs) to reduce fatigue and increase speed.
