Are you hooked on river kayaking but unsure about surfing or playing on river waves and features? Come join ACA Instructors for a day out on the river, learning how to catch your first wave!! We'll show you the necessary skills to front surf on a wave, carve in and out on the wave, and surf in a small hole. 

You must have your own whitewater boat and necessary equipment (paddle, pfd, skirt, helmet), as well as being comfortable with t-rescues, having the ability to roll is a plus.

Fee: No, but Tonto Daily Pass/ Annual National Parks Pass is required
