Stand Up Paddleboarders who wish to become certified by the ACA to conduct Introduction to SUP skills classes should attend this 2-day course. You will learn about education theory and will practice teaching paddling skills and concepts. You will learn about program planning and risk management. You will rehearse deep water rescues and towing. Come prepared to receive expert feedback on your own skills and learn to model specific techniques for safety, efficiency and effectiveness.

The cost of this course is $259. We will meet on Grapevine Lake in Grapevine, Texas. Bring your own board or contact us about rental. You must be at least 18 years old and a member of the ACA to join this class. Please refer to the Instructor Criteria for this course on the ACA website.
