This course is designed for the beginner student, no prior experience necessary. You may select whitewater canoeing (tandem or solo) or whitewater kayaking. Course begins with an evening classroom and boat fitting session on June 1 at the Philadelphia Canoe Clubhouse, 4900 Ridge Avenue, Philadelphia. Full day classes will be held June 4 & 5 followed by a graduation weekend June 11 & 12 on the Lehigh River which includes two nights camping and a banquet dinner. Cost of $250 includes all equipment, classroom session, 4 full day on-the-water classes, camp site and dinner. Discount of 20% if you register by April 30.
