Whether you're new to SUP or have a few SUP races behind you, it's always good to review your strokes, foot work and conditioning. SUP is a full body, low impact workout that not only tightens your muscles but also improves your balance. We will help refine strokes for efficiency, activate core muscles, tighten those pivot turns, and most importantly, help you develop a fun and effective SUP workout!
