This ACA Level 4 (L4) Coastal Kayaking Instructor Certification Exam is geared towards L3 instructors wanting to maintain their L3 certification or advance to L4 certification. David is an ACA L4 Open Water Coastal Kayak Instructor, a L1 ACA SUP Instructor, A BCU 3 star paddler and a L4 Instructor Trainer Candidate (ITC). Peter has been paddling since a young boy. Starting with the British Canoe Union at 8 years old he went through the star system. After joining the British Military, he spent the summers running white water and coaching in the Alps. He arrived in the USA as a BCU 5-star Seas and Coach 4 Sea and Coach 3 White water. He soon got involved with the American Canoe Association and has worked closely on a number of coastal committees, he is currently a voting member of the ACA SEIC.
