WHO: Sea kayakers who would like to pursue ACA Coastal Kayak instructor certification, or who would simply like to pursue a broad review and assessment of their skills as measured in ACA Level 3 conditions will benefit from this course. Successful outcome of a Level 3 skills assessment is a pre-requisite to pursuit of ACA Coastal Kayak instructor training. Participants who are ACA members and successfully pass the skills assessment will have this accomplishment recorded with the ACA. The training and assessment will be performed by Jennifer Yearley. WHAT: The first day will be devoted to a broad training review, addressing skills and knowledge required at ACA Coastal Kayaking Level 3. The second day will comprise a skills assessment.
