Anne...I hope you get this......
None of us long time paddlers, instructors on the West Coast have met you but we all know you.Problem solver, cool, calm advice, great customer service and all around great lady. I hope you've taught someone at ACA to be half the person you were for the many years I've known you. If you venture to the San Francisco area, it would be an honor to meet you and return some energy you have shared with us Bay Area paddlers without fail for all these years. Bo Barnes
Anne, As retirees, Carol and I welcome you; but my goodness, can you be replaced? We have our doubts... you have so epitomized 'customer service' through these turbulent times. Always willing and able to resolve our issues without, seemingly, batting an eye. Best wishes for the next chapters in your life; we know you'll be making somebody happy.
Congratulations Anne -You deserve a break! BUT, what will I do when I know you always were there to help?
Enjoy your new time off and do something you always wanted. Thanks very much for all your hard work and support, cheerfulness and willingness to do anything, which will be missed.
You have been the mainstay, always calm and always ready to do what needed to be done. I will greatly miss your warm and friendly voice when I call to ask you a question, and the fact that you either know the answer or send me the information in short order. Beyond being the premier of customer service for the ACA, you are a good friend. I treasure our friendship and look forward to keeping in touch.
All good wishes to you as you move on to provide family support as well as assistance to some other very fortunate business or organization.
with my thanks!
