What: ACA membership voting for the Board of Directors

 

Open to all ACA members - you can vote for the Board of Directors online prior to February 6th, or you can call in and cast your vote on the conference call on February 13th.

 

When:

  • Online, from January 15th through February 6th, or
  • on the Conference Call on February 13th from 7:30pm (eastern) until the last vote is cast

    • Joining in via Go-To-Meeting will allow you to see the computer screen, with the meeting agenda and candidate biographies
  • Voting Procedure on the conference call:
    • There will be no discussion of, or presentations by, the candidates running for the Board positions
    • Members calling in will be asked to cast their votes for each of the open positions
    • If numerous members call in to vote, we will facilitate taking votes alphabetically based off of last name 
  • Candidate Biographies
  • In order to vote on the conference call:
    • you must be 18 or older and have a current ACA membership
    • you will need to state your first and last name, and your ACA membership number
    • you will need to declare if your are changing a previously cast online or mailed in vote, or if you are voting for the first time in this election
    • Members can either cast their vote by using the GTM 'chat feature' or by voice vote on the conference call
    • If you choose, you can vote by using the 'chat feature' in Go-To-Meeting, simply cut and paste the below into the 'chat feature', fill in the requested info, and click 'Send'
