ACA Level 2 Canoe Instructor Certification Workshop This course is a certification workshop for individuals to learn and demonstrate proficiency at teaching canoeing and will cover technical aspects of paddling canoes on flat and slow moving water. In an effort to meet high quality standards related to paddle safety, the training is rigorous and will require the participants’ commitment to developing teaching and paddling skills throughout the course. It is offered as an American Canoe Association Level 2 Instructor Certification Workshop. Participants are strongly encouraged to read through the course information to gain an understanding of the skills taught in this training and the checklist of skills that must be demonstrated in order to receive certification.
