An on-water class that will focus on a variety of American Canoe Association (ACA) Level 3 skills: strokes and maneuvers, rescues, environmental awareness for coastal kayakers. The exact agenda will be determined by the needs and interests of the students. The course will be held in a relatively protected environment - a local lake or tidal river. Waves should not exceed 1 foot; winds should not exceed 10 knots; all within ½ mile of shore. Cost of the training is only $55 per person.
