The L5 AOW IDW/ICE will begin at 1800 hrs. on the evening of the 12th and run through the afternoon of the 16th. The IDW will focus on the coaching competencies required of an L5 Instructor to include the ability to differentiate experiences for various levels of readiness, interest and learning preferences in the AOW environment. The assessment will be and authentic performance based experience with real students.
