This 3 day workshop led by ACA Instructor Trainer Educator Ben Lawry is intended for those seeking to teach whitewater kayaking on rivers up to Class III.

Please read the ACA Level 4 Instructor Criteria here before registering.

You are encouraged to bring your own kayak if it is suitable for teaching on a Class III river.

Duration of the Class: 3 Days (24 hours)

Location: American River (Lower & South Fork)

Prerequisite: Excellent Class III kayaking skills, including a solid combat roll. You must be an ACA member at the start of the course.
