This fun & intensive 3-day course is a combined Level 1/2 Standup Paddleboard Instructor Development Workshop & Instructor Certification Exam (ICW). Candidates should be competent SUP paddlers who want to become certified ACA instructors or who desire to further their SUP skills. The course will focus on developing effective paddling instructors and we'll cover personal paddling skills, teaching skills, leadership skills, safety and much more. It is strongly recommended that candidates become familiar with and competent performing all the strokes and maneuvers listed in the SUP Instructor Criteria in order to get the most from this course.
