During the ICE, you will be tested on your knowledge and skill proficiency of paddle strokes, rescues, bracing, rolling, towing, navigation, weather awareness, and boat control in high winds/waves. Certification level is based on ICE performance. Offered: August 15, 2016 Cost: $200/person
