Nominations for State Director Executive Council

In order to continue to support paddlers in your home state, the ACA is expanding the successful State Director Program and we are calling for volunteers who are interested in improving all aspects of paddlesports in your state.

State Director Executive Council positions available in each state:

  • State Director
  • Deputy Director
  • Secretary/Treasurer
  • Education Director
  • Stewardship Director
  • Competition Director
  • Public Policy Liaison
  • Youth Coordinator

Nomination & Election Timeline:

  • November 2, 2016  - nominations for all Executive Council positions opens online
  • November 28         - nomination submission deadline
  • January 5, 2017     - elections open in each State 
  • January 18            - elections close
