This unique Instructor Certification Workshop will be combining both Coastal and River candidates the first two days for the L1: Introduction to Kayaking, and we will be paddling on the moving water of the St. Louis River. On the third day, the candidates will choose to either run the upper St. Louis River with Randy Carlson for L2: Essentials Of River Kayaking or Lake Superior with me for L2: Essentials of Kayak Touring. This format is great for the sea kayakers because they'll have the chance to work on their maneuvering skills on moving water.
