Registration & Cancellation Policies for Pre-Conference Courses:

Registrations will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. If we receive your registration after we have reached capacity, either for the conference or a pre or post conference course, you will be notified that your name has been placed on a waiting list and your payment will not be processed. If the required number of participants do not sign up for an individual pre or post conference course, it will be cancelled by October 21, 2016 and a full refund made to any currently enrolled individuals. If a registration cancellation is necessary for the conference or for a pre or post conference course, payment, less a $50.00 administrative fee,is refundable if written notice is received prior to October 21st. No refund will be made for cancellations received after October 1st, except when caused by serious personal illness; in this case, the loss will be shared equally.
