Overview:
The Level 4 Open Water Sea Kayak Instructor Development Workshop is focused on expanding the knowledge, understanding and ability of current Level 3 Instructors. Therefore, candidates must be current Level 3 Coastal Kayak Instructors, who have successfully completed an Level 4  Skills Assessment or equivalent. During the IDW we'll focus on a variety of session planning tools, delivering sessions in complex venues, differentiating the instructional experience, and current, evidence based approaches to teaching and coaching. 

For current Level 4 Instructors interested in an update, you will be required to participate on the 17th and 18th only.
