Membership Renewal

*Starting on December 10, 2019, the ACA will be updating our entire membership system to reduce costs for members and to simplify the join and renewal processes.  In order to accomplish this, portions of the ACA website (join/renew and member profiles) will be offline from December 10-21st.  We apologize for any inconvenience, but we should be back online, with a better user experience, after the holidays.  Learn more...  If you need immediate assistance, please contact the ACA's Membership Department.  

 

In order to renew your ACA Membership:

  • Log in to the ACA website with your username and password
    • Expired members are unable to reset their password. If you do not know your login credentials, please contact the ACA Membership Department for assistance
    • If you are not taken directly to your profile, use this link to get there: Manage Profile 
  • If you have a Family Membership, you can add or edit your family members here


If your ACA membership has expired, this message will appear on the screen:

Your membership has expired! Please submit your dues payment immediately to ensure uninterrupted service for your ACA membership.

  • Click on: "Securely renew your membership now"
    • If you have popups blocked on your computer you will have to allow them to continue with the online renewal process from this point forward
  • Click "OK" in the popup window
  • Check your contact information and make any corrections
  • Click the "Save Changes" button (whether you made changes or not)
  • Your last membership choice is selected in the drop-down menu - change it here if you need to update it
  • If you are an instructor or receive a discount, that itemized fee/discount appears at the bottom of the Donations section
  • Check the box above Billing Information if billing address is same as member address, if not enter correct billing address
  • Select and enter payment information
  • Click on the "Submit Securely” button to complete your renewal
  • If you have a Family Membership, you can add or edit your family members here

 

If your membership has not yet expired:

  • Click on: "Renew Your Membership Now"
    • If you have popups blocked on your computer, you must allow popups to proceed with the online renewal process from this point forward
  • Click "OK" in popup window 
  • Check your contact information and make any corrections
  • Click the "Save Changes" button (whether you made changes or not)
  • Your last membership choice is selected in the drop-down menu - change it here if you need to update it
