Have you ever paddled … while standing up? Our certified American Canoe Association stand-up paddleboard instructors are now hosting classes for beginners. Learn about safety, gear and techniques to stay on your board while maneuvering on flatwater. All equipment is provided. Participants must properly fit in provided lifejackets and not exceed the 250-pound board capacity. For ages 16 and up. This program is made possible by a grant through the ODNR Division of Parks & Watercraft. Great Parks is following protocols from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Ohio Department of Health. Physical distancing and sanitation recommendations will be followed.
