The Ride Along the Waterfront is a combination bicycle-paddling event emphasizing the importance of fitness and wellness. The supervised morning paddle courses through a scenic wide waters segment of the upper Niagara River. At the end of the paddling event participants can bicycle several miles along the Erie County Riverwalk to the Erie Basin Marina lying at the east end of Lake Erie. Participants then return to the Black Rock Canal Park for a fitness and wellness festival.
