Explore Norway’s most fantastic fjords. Paddle besides 5000 foot peaks, beneath dazzling waterfalls, over glassy waters. Revel in glacier carved wilderness, clouds of mosquitoes, and skies full of clouds.

This summer, paddle 500 nautical miles of Norwegian fjords.

At 15 – 30 nautical miles a day the trip will hopefully take six to eight weeks.  The distance covered each day will incrementally increase within the confines of logistical, nautical, and weather related restrictions.

While the waters will mostly be sheltered, due to the potential for katabatic winds, sudden weather changes, intermediate crossings, and the trips expedition nature it’s recommended that all participants be ACA level three equivalent or better paddlers.  If you’re interested in coming but aren’t currently assessed at 3 stars then let me know and we’ll see what we can do about getting you some preexpedition training. Accommodations will mostly be camping in the fjords with showers courtesy of your favorite snow melts!

The price of the trip will be what I spend on your logistics + 20% and a $200 sign up fee.  That means that if you do all of your own planning the trip is almost free! and if you have me take care of everything for you, which I’m thrilled to do, the trip is a great bargain.

Dov is an ACA L4 instructor, certified to work as a US federal law enforcement park ranger, former combat medic, and experienced expedition paddler.  Throughout the trip he’ll be teaching expedition and other paddling skills, more than just the summer of a life time, Norway Ho! is a great way to up your paddling game ten fold.

Can’t wait to see you on the fjords!  Spaces limited.  To sign up go to Norway Ho!
