This ACA Assessment Course is designed to evaluate a participant’s ability to perform all of the skills listed in the American Canoe Association's Level-2 Essentials of Kayak Touring list of requirements along with demonstrating an appropriate level of knowledge. This assessment course provides the participant with the opportunity to receive documentation of having achieved a certain level of paddling ability. for ACA members. 

There is a fee to enter the park. (Admission Fee: $6.00 per vehicle. Limit 2-8 people per vehicle. Does not include Gardens entry, January through April. $4.00 Single Occupant Vehicle. $2.00 Pedestrians, bicyclists, extra passengers, passengers in vehicle with holder of Annual Individual Entrance Pass.)
