This 2-day ACA Instructor Certification Exam will provide candidates with the opportunity to participate in genuine instruction, of actual students, and receive ideas and feedback from the assessor team. Candidates will leave with a comprehensive action plan for continued development as paddlers and instructors. This L3 ICE is appropriate for candidates who have previously completed a Level 3 Instructor Development Workshop, or for Level 3 Instructors who are due for an update.
