All participants in an ACA insured course or event must be ACA members. If someone does not have an official ACA number at the start of an insured course or event, they must join on-site as an Event Member before participating. This Event Membership fee must be collected on site by Paddle America Clubs, Affiliate Organizations, or certified Instructors.
The fee is then due to the ACA Office after the insured event or course has taken place, and is non-refundable.
