Education/Experience

| Instructor Trainer and Co-owner of Sierra Rescue International. Swiftwater Rescue Instructor since 1992. International Guide, Manager and Outfitter during a 25 year career. Competed on the US Women's Rafting Team from 1985 -2000 and just recently won the IRF World Masters Championship for R-4. Technical Rescue Instruction degree from University of Central Lancashire. Co-author of River Safety and Rescue Waterproof Field Guide and River Safety and Rescue Workbook, as well as the Wilderness Medicine Waterproof Field Guide and Workbook. Currently on the Safety and Rescue Committee for the ACA as a Level 5 Instructor Trainer and Vice Chair. Am currently also on the Steering Council and a Regional Director for Rescue 3 International in the Western Region. |
