ACA Course Management System (CMS) Update - August 2020

 We are excited to announce additional
updates and improvements to the ACA Course Management System (CMS). The
moment all instructors have been waiting for has arrived! We now have
digital credentials accessible directly from the CMS dashboard.
Instructors, Paddlesport Safety Facilitators, and assessment course
participants may log into the CMS and obtain a copy of their credentials
to view, print, download, and share. Important note: Instructors who have not uploaded their first aid and CPR credentials, or who currently have an expired ACA membership, will not be able to view their certificates. Upon membership renewal or the uploading of current first aid and CPR credentials, the ACA digital credentials will be immediately available. Log into your CMS dashboard at www.americancanoe.org/CMS and click the "Active" link on the right to view your certificate(s).
Additionally, the CMS now provides
real-time tracking of certification maintenance requirements. Log into your CMS dashboard and click the "Status" link on the right to view your progress towards certification renewal. When you report classes and/or complete an instructor update, those requirements will be immediately noted in your progress screen, alongside the additional requirements of current membership and fist aid & CPR certification. Please read the CMS user guides located at www.americancanoe.org/CMS - they contain in-depth explanation and instructions on how to best utilize all the features and tools available within the CMS.
